| A native New Yorker, Chef Rene Gonzales is a highly skilled culinary professional with over fifteen years of experience. His multicultural family heritage inspired him to develop a concept of World Fusion. He has successfully implemented these concepts while working for various fine-dining restaurants on the East Coast. After receiving his degree, he took on several professional assignments abroad to polish his skills, from Italy to Russia to Singapore. He has joined the Stir family in helping to create the new Social Plates experience that you are about to enjoy. | |
